Our Jaipur to Jaisalmer tour package starts with Jaipur. This is a renowned city in Rajasthan and has been ranked among the finest cities to travel to in 2025. The glamour associated with Jaipur is not recent, but has deep roots in royal times. No one is even aware that Jaipur is India’s first planned city. The entire Jaipur City is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Royal palaces, incredible architecture, and immense forts are testimony to the rich architectural heritage of Jaipur.
Jodhpur has many houses of blue color, and is rightly called the Blue City. You can view the entire landscape of Jodhpur from Mehrangarh Fort. Take a walk on the bylanes in this fort and visit the palaces within. Heritage monuments like Umaid Bhawan Palace and Jaswant Thada are examples of grandeur and architectural marvels.
The desert city of Jaisalmer has vast sand dunes. But in the middle of those dunes stands Jaisalmer. The Golden Fort is a very famous heritage monument here. Havelis in Jaisalmer are famous for their breathtaking architecture and carvings. Desert dunes near Jaisalmer are places where you can go on camel rides and jeep safaris.

- You will reach Jaipur International Airport/ Jaipur Railway Station, where our local tour person will greet you and assist you with hotel transfer.
- Check into the hotel and freshen up for local Jaipur sightseeing
- First, we will visit Jaipur City Palace, where the royal family of Jaipur still lives in one of the palaces. The Palace is open to public viewing from 9 AM to 5 PM.
- Explore several palaces, courtyards (chowks), and a museum inside the palace complex. View the local artisans in the palace premises using block prints to make textile handicrafts.
- Make a photo stop at Hawa Mahal and click photos and selfies. Thereafter, visit Jantar Mantar, India’s oldest astronomical observatory.
- You can also visit Laxminarayan Temple, which is more commonly known as Birla Temple.
- Then drop back to the hotel and here stay overnight.

- First visit Amer Fort (Timings: 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM). The fort is a blend of Rajputana and Mughal architecture. Inside are many palaces, courtyards, sculpted gates, and temples.
- Then visit Jal Mahal and view the Man Sagar Lake.
- Nahargarh Fort is the next monument we will visit. The fort offers panoramic views of Jaipur city.
- In the evening, you will have time to explore the bazaars in Jaipur. We would suggest you visit Bapu Bazaar and Johari Bazaar and do a bit of shopping.
- We will drop you to the hotel in Jaipur and you can stay here for the night.
- After breakfast, start this exciting day of our Jodhpur Jaisalmer holiday packages.
- Check-out from Jaipur and proceed to Jodhpur (we start early at around 9 am). We will reach Jodhpur in the afternoon.
- Check into the hotel in Jodhpur and then start a tour of Mehrangarh Fort. View the entire city of Jodhpur from the top of the fort.
- Walk on the stone walkways in Mehrangarh Fort and visit the palaces. Marvel at the cannonball marks and Sati hand prints on the walls.
- Jaswant Thada is next monument, and it is a fabulous architecture of marble stone.
- We will take you to Clock Tower Market in the evening, and you can view the still-functional clock.
- Stay overnight in the hotel in Jodhpur.
- After breakfast, get ready to visit Umaid Bhawan Palace, which is a huge palace and the current residence of the Jodhpur royal family.
- Check-out from Jodhpur and then proceed to Jaisalmer.
- On arriving in Jaisalmer, visit the Jaisalmer War Memorial. This is a museum for showcasing the Indian army and its heroes.
- We will visit Gadisar Lake in the evening, where you can watch sunsets.
- Spend relaxing time near the lake, check into the hotel, and have an overnight stay.
- After breakfast, we will take you to visit Jaisalmer Fort, also known as Golden Fort. This is a massive fort with temples, havelis, and bazaars.
- Next, we will visit Patwon ki Haveli, which is a huge mansion with paintings, mirror-work, and Rajasthani architecture. The intricately carved jhorokhas or balconies offer magnificent views of the Jaisalmer Fort and the desert.
- After lunch, we will proceed onwards and reach the Sam sand dunes area, and you will check into the desert camp.
- Have a thrilling time in the desert dunes with exciting activities like dune bashing and camel rides.
- Take selfies and photographs with the backdrop of desert dunes in the light of the golden sunset.
- Stay overnight in the desert camp in Sam.
- After breakfast, pack your luggage and transfer to Jodhpur.
- Reach Jodhpur after a journey of around 4-5 hours by road.
- This is the end of the tour, and we will drop you off at Jodhpur Airport/ Jodhpur Railway Station. You can board the flight/ train and resume your onward journey.
